Grade II listed Tea Caddy is nestled in the heart of Dedham Vale’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Built around 1818, it is a historically important building and is protected by the National Trust.

Formed in the shape of a curved Tea Caddy by a member of the Wedgwood family, it truly is a magical, unique place to relax and unwind.

Overlooking a vineyard and in a secluded peaceful location, you can enjoy a bbq, lounge in the hammock strung between two oak trees or listen to the owls at night.

Inside, the interiors are based on Wedgwood designs with a modern edge. Stylish finishes, original artwork, custom soft furnishings and a bespoke marble-topped kitchen add to the feel of welcoming luxury.

Outside, enjoy the country views through the gothic windows or admire the garden design inspired by woodland grottos and the scents of tea.
